Who Do You Wear Your Pink For? Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Every October, there are numerous events to commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness Month, from awareness runs to cancer awareness rallies.  The events are sponsored throughout the United States with family and friends doing their part to raise awareness for their loved ones fighting  Breast Cancer.  This October I dedicate my efforts to my friend, Lorraine who was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  Lorraine has lived a healthy life all of her life and has no  history of  breast cancer in her family, so it was a surprise when I got the call of her breast cancer diagnosis.

As a veteran of two difficult battles with Lymphoma cancer, I’m ready to support my friend, encourage her and help her through her journey with Breast Cancer.    Support means everything when you’re fighting cancer.  It is  the difference between a good day and a bad day.  A positive attitude and positive affirmations are everything when you are facing uncertainty.   In a couple of weeks, Lorraine starts her  first cancer treatment.  As my friends helped me from through two cancer  diagnoses on to my current recovery, I will be there for my friend Lorraine.

On that note, I would like to introduce our new supportive series for Breast Cancer Awareness  “I Wear Pink Ribbon For My Friend“  Shirts and Gifts spotlighting a grunge, distressed fashionable style while displaying the message of supporting breast cancer awareness.  This  breast cancer design is  available on a variety of shirts and gift styles to support (Aunt, Daughter, Mom, Hero, Sister, Wife and more).  Perfect for the whole family to show their support and commitment to the warriors battling Breast Cancer brought to you by  cancer survivors at CancerApparelGifts.Com. I dedicate this design to Lorraine who loves fashion and ironically, her favorite color is pink.
